Global Culinary Arts
Students develop and enrich culinary skills with an international flavor.
Students gain industry standard culinary skills while working in the commercial kitchen lab.
Students expand their culinary food preparation skills for work in the restaurant industry with an emphasis on baking.
ServSafe Training and Certification
Students who complete the Culinary Chef course will be introduced to the requirements for ServSafe and will have the option to enroll in ServSafe training and certification. ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. Certification is required by most restaurants as a basic credential for their management staff.
